其道理是把一个火焰分成数个小火焰,因为小火焰散热面积大,火焰温度较低,使“热反响NO”有所下降。此外,火焰小缩短了氧、氮等气体在火焰中的停留时间,对“热回响NO”和“燃料NO”都有显著的按捺感化。

5夹杂促进型燃烧器

烟气在高温区停留时间是影响NOx生成量的首要身分之一,改善燃烧与空气的夹杂,可以使火焰面的厚度减薄,在燃烧负荷不变的情形下,烟气在火焰面即高温区内停留时间缩短,因而使NOx的生成量降低。夹杂促进型燃烧器就是按照这种道理设计的。

预燃室是近10年来我国开发研究的一种高效率、低NOx分级燃烧手艺,预燃室普通由一次风(或二次风)和燃料喷射系统等构成,燃料和一次风快速夹杂,在预燃室内一次燃烧区形成富燃料夹杂物,因为缺氧,只是部门燃料进行燃烧,燃料在贫氧和火焰温度较低的一次火焰区内析出挥发分,是以削减了NOx的生成。

6 low NOx pre combustor burner

The pre combustion chamber is a high efficiency and low NOx grade combustion technology developed and studied in China in the past 10 years. The pre combustion chamber is usually composed of primary air (or two air) and fuel injection system. Fuel and primary air are mixed rapidly. A fuel mixture is formed in a combustion zone in the pre combustion chamber. Due to oxygen, only some fuel is burned. The volatilization of fuel in the primary flame area with low oxygen and low flame temperature reduced the formation of NOx.
